HouseSmart (Grace especially) were amazing with us. We were going through the most stressful time of our lives and they were completely supportive and helped us a long. This real estate agent is one of the best i’ve been too. The agents were impressive and the house is presented well during the open house. Actively searching for a home and after attending many inspections, today was our first with Smart Real Estate and they truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt different. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance to the estate, greeted again at the front door, and even noticed soft background music creating a relaxed atmosphere inside. There was always someone available to answer questions, yet we were also given the space to walk through the property and process everything at our own pace. So often inspections can feel transactional, with agents acting purely as middlemen and pushing a sale. This experience felt intentional and professional. Nothing was oversold, nothing felt forced. Instead, the team created the right environment, approachable, informed, and respectful. As a buyer, that balance makes all the difference. It was a genuinely pleasant and well-executed inspection, and a very smart approach to real estate.
